Cala is an active 16 month old female Dachsund mix. She is a bundle of joy and is house, leash, and crate trained. Cala would be great in any environment, but has primarly been around adults. She loves to ride in the car, fetch her toys, romp and snuggle. Cala is accustomed to and prefers sleeping with her owner, but will sleep in her own bed, if need be. She speaks and plays by boxing with her front paws and will sit on command. Cala has been well cared for by her previous adoptive family. They kept her current on her vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventative and have forwarded all of her belongings, which include bed, clothes, collar and toys. She would make a great companion to someone who is active and would challenge her a couple of times a day and then let her curl up indoor for affection.
